Expert Ford F150 ABS Module Repair Service
Welcome to our professional ford f150 abs module repair service. If you drive a 2007-2014 Ford F-150, experiencing a failure in the Anti-Lock Brake System control module is a well-known and highly frustrating issue. Symptoms often begin with the ABS and Traction Control warning lights permanently illuminating on your dashboard. In more severe cases, the ABS pump motor will continue to run constantly even after you turn the truck off and remove the key—which will completely drain your battery overnight. Dealerships typically quote thousands of dollars to replace the entire hydraulic unit and program it. Our specialized ford abs module repair service targets the exact electrical failure, offering a permanent, fully guaranteed, and cost-effective solution.
Fixing the Ford F-150 ABS Failure
The electronic control module is mounted directly to the hydraulic pump in the engine bay, exposing its internal circuitry to extreme engine heat, moisture, and heavy road vibration. Over time, this hostile environment causes the internal components to degrade. The most common failures involve burned-out pump relays, broken micro-solder joints, and a complete loss of communication between the ABS module and the truck’s main computer.
With our mail-in rebuild service, we do not just patch the problem. Our engineers carefully open your original unit, rebuild the failing communication traces, and upgrade the weakest factory components (like the pump relays) using heavy-duty materials. Because we are rebuilding your exact original module, all of your truck’s unique VIN data and software calibrations remain perfectly intact. Once you get the repaired unit back in the mail, you simply bolt it back onto the pump and plug it in—no expensive dealer flashing or coding is required!
Common Drivability Symptoms We Fix
If your Ford truck is exhibiting any of the following symptoms, your module is a perfect candidate for our rebuild service:
- Constant Pump Operation: The ABS pump runs non-stop, creating a humming noise under the hood and draining the battery even when the vehicle is turned off.
- Warning Lights: The ABS and Brake warning lights are permanently illuminated on the dashboard.
- No Communication: Professional OBD2 diagnostic scanners cannot connect to or establish a communication link with the ABS control module.
Supported Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)
If your diagnostic scan tool reveals any of the following faults, your module requires our b1342 code fix and rebuild service:
- B1342: ECU Is Defective / Internal Fault.
- B1596: Service Continuous Codes.
- C1300: ABS Pump Motor Circuit Failure.
- C1963: Stability Control Inhibit Warning.

We service a vast array of Ford F-150 OEM part numbers. If your part number is listed below (or similar), we can successfully repair your module:

Shipping & Contact
To safely utilize this service and save significantly on shipping costs, DO NOT ship the entire heavy metal hydraulic ABS pump block. Use the appropriate torx tools to separate the black plastic electronic control module from the metal hydraulic block, and send the computer only. Best of all, standard hydraulic braking is unaffected during removal, meaning you can safely continue driving your truck while the electronic module is at our shop for repair.
Ready to get your Ford truck safely back on the road? Contact us today for more details on your repair. For safe mail-in shipping across the country, we highly recommend using USPS or FedEx.
Please note: After reinstalling the repaired module, use a standard OBD2 scanner to clear the old historic diagnostic trouble codes from the system’s memory before driving. Unrepairable units (e.g., severe physical crash or fire damage) will be returned with a refund, minus a diagnostic fee and return shipping costs.
