Programming Options and How It Works

• Option 1 (Your Original TCM Still Communicates): Ship us your used donor Conductor Plate along with your original broken Conductor Plate. We will electronically unlock the donor plate and clone the immobilizer data directly from your original unit to the new one.
• Option 2 (Your Original TCM is Completely Dead): Ship us your used donor Conductor Plate, your Electronic Ignition Switch (EIS / EZS module), and one working key. We will unlock the donor TCM and extract the required immobilizer sync data directly from your ignition switch to authorize the transmission.

Post-Installation Instructions

Once we complete the programming and ship the parts back, you will reinstall the transmission plate and valve body into your vehicle. To finalize the process and get the car shifting smoothly, you must use a Mercedes Star Diagnosis (Xentry) or a high-end bi-directional OBD2 scanner to perform the following steps:

1. Detach the transport protection of the control module.
2. Run the learning/adaptation process for the Y3/8s1 (Selection range sensor).
